Ürünleri akış hızlarına göre sınıflandıran bir envanter analiz tekniğidir. Fast, Slow, NonMoving kelimelerinin baş harflerinden oluşur;
**F**: Fast > Hızlı
**S**: Slow > Yavaş
**N**: NonMoving > Hareketsiz
Bir diğer yaklaşım ise **FNS** şeklindedir;
**F**: Fast > Hızlı
**N**: Normal > Normal
**S**: Slow > Yavaş

* Ölü stoğu belirleyip tekrarlı siparişleri yeniden düzenleyerek ekonomi sağlanması
* Stoklama alanlarını yeniden düzenlenmesi sayesinde ürünlerin hareket mesafelerinin kısaltılması
