## GS1 – One Global System of Standards Nedir? \[#01]
GS1 - One Global System of Standards, Kar amacı gütmeyen, sunduğu standartlar ile ürünlerin, hizmetlerin ve varlıkların benzersiz bir şekilde tanımlanmasını ve takip edilmesini sağlayan, uluslararası bir organizasyondur.

## GS1 – One Global System of Standards Tarihçesi \[#01]
* **1969** - Ürünlerin kontrol süreçlerinin hızlandırılması amacı ile ABD ‘de çalışmalara başlandı.
* **1973** – [(UPC) Universal Product Code](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GS1_US) kullanıma alındı
* **1974** – Standartların yönetilmesi için [(UCC) Uniform Code Council](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GS1_US) oluşturuldu
* **1974** – Wrigley Sakızları [barcode](https://www.sedatonat.com/tr/search?q=barcode\&type=blogs) sistemi ile marketlerde tarama yapılan ilk marka oldu
* **1976** – 12 Hane olan kod yapısı 13 ‘e çıkarıldı
* **1977** – Avrupa ‘da 12 ülkenin katılımı ile [(EAN) European Article Numbering Association](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Article_Number) oluşturuldu
* **1990** – UCC ve EAN İşbirliği anlaşması imzaladı (45 ülke)

* **2005** – GS1 90 ‘dan fazla ülkeye sunuldu ve GS1 ismi kullanılmaya başlandı
* **2018** – Ürünlerde benzersiz kimliklendirme (ID) kullanılması amacı ile QR Code olarak Web [URI Uniform Resource Identifier](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Resource_Identifier) Structure kullanıma alındı
