## Çekme Sistemi Nedir? <a href="#ember817" id="ember817"></a>

Çekme Sistemi (Pull System), İlgili malzemenin sadece ihtiyaç duyulduğunda üretilmesi ve istenilen noktaya ulaştırılmasını ifade eden bir [Yalın Üretim](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lean_manufacturing) kavramdır. Gereksiz stokları azaltmayı ve israfı en aza indirmeyi hedefler. Stoksuz üretim veya Sıfır Envanter olarak da anlandırılmaktadır.

## Çekme Sistemi Nasıl Çalışır? <a href="#ember821" id="ember821"></a>

1. Müşteri talebi oluşturur.
2. Oluşturulan talep üretim birimine aktarılır.
3. Envanter kontrolü yapılır.
4. Envanterde olan miktar teslim edilir,
5. Kanban Kartı ‘nda belirlenen sipariş bloku kadar üretim tetiklenir,
6. Stokta bulunandan fazla bir talep varsa, bu da yine Kanban Kartı ‘ndaki sipariş bloğuna eklenir,
7. Talep üretilir,
8. Ürün müşteriye teslim edilir,
9. Kanban Kartı ‘nda belirlenen blok stoğa tekrar konularak stok yenilemesi yapılmış olunur,
10. Talep analizi güncellenerek, gerekli durumlarda Kanban Kartı ‘nda belirtilmiş sipariş bloku revize edilir.

## Çekme Sistemi ‘nin amaçları <a href="#ember824" id="ember824"></a>

* Fazla stoğu ortadan kaldırarak gereksiz stok alanı maliyetinden kurtulmak,
* Gereksiz stoğun sebep olduğu finansal yükü hafifletmek,
* Sıfır Stok hedefi ile yola çıkılarak üretim süreçlerindeki sorunların daha net görülmesini sağlamak, bu sayede maliyetleri daha da aşağıya çekmek,
* Üretim süreçlerinin optimize edilmesi ile kaliteyi artırmak,
* Tüm bunların sonucunda sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak.
