## İtme Sistemi Nedir? <a href="#ember1961" id="ember1961"></a>

İtme Sistemi, stoğa üretim olarak da tabir edilen, talep tahminleri baz alınarak ürün stoklama anlayışıdır. [Çekme Sistemi](https://www.sedatonat.com/tr/post/terim-cekme-sistemi-pull-system) ‘nin büyük oranda tersidir.

## İtme Sistemi ‘nin Aşamaları <a href="#ember1965" id="ember1965"></a>

İtme Sistemi aşamaları aşağıdaki gibidir;

1. **Talep Tahmini:** Geçmiş siparişler, içinde bulunulan konjonktür ve pazar trendleri gibi veriler baz alınarak gelecekteki siparişler tahmin edilir.
2. **Üretim Planlama:** Yapılan talep tahminlerine göre hangi ürünün hangi öncelikte ve ne kadar üretileceği planlanır.
3. **Stoklama:** Üretilen ürünler, ilk başta yapılan talep analizi baz alınarak, uygun bölgelere uygun miktarlarda dağıtılır.
4. **Stok takibi ve Raporlama:** İtme Sistemi Etkinliği ‘ni değerlendirmek amacı ile düzenli olarak sürecin her aşamasından veriler toplanılarak detaylı olarak raporlanır.
5. **Sürekli İyileştirme:** Toplanan verilere göre yapılması gereken revizyonlar tüm paydaşlar ile birlikte tartışılıp, gerekli taktiksel ve stratejik revizyonlar yapılır.
