TLC - Total Landed Cost / Toplam Teslim Alma Maliyeti
### TLC Nedir?
Satılacak bir ürün veya hizmetin, temin edilinceye kadarki tüm direkt ve endirekt maliyetlerini birlikte hesaplayarak, alternatifleri arasında doğru seçim yapılmasına yardımcı olan hesaplama yöntemidir. Bu maliyetler nakliye, gümrük vergileri, depolama, stok maliyeti, üretim maliyetleri ve hatta enerji gibi bir dizi kriteri içerir.
**Total Cost of Ownership** ‘te ise satılacak değil, kısa veya uzun vadede sahip olunacak taşınmazların, ekipmanların ve benzerlerin hesabı yapılır.
Total Landed Cost kavramı, küreselleşme ile birlikte daha fazla önem kazanmıştır. Şirketlerin Tedarik Zincirleri genişledikçe, ilk başta sadece üretim maliyetleri hesaba katılırken, zamanla,
